Game 7 Sharks ELITE had a strong showing at the National Invitational (MA) tournament. Hundreds and hundres of college coaches had the opportunity to see the Sharks play. The Sharks won their pool by defeating Raising Champions (NY) 66-36 and Bishop Elite (NH) 75-55. The Sharks were eliminated from the 17U Gold Elite Bracket by a very good Connecticut Select team. 

The Sharks are back in action on Friday, July 15th, at the Joe Brown Memorial tournament at Wayne PAL in Wayne, NJ. The Sharks tip off at 12:45 PM against the New York Panthers.

Game 7 Sharks ELITE has announced that we are now partners with Under Armour. We are very proud of this Under Armour sponsorship, and are gracious for the benefits Under Armour will be providing us. Under Armour, which is a very popular sports brand throughout youth and professional sports, also sponsors NBA superstar Brandon Jennings of the Milwaukee Bucks.

Also, Game 7 Sharks ELITE will be participating in the Pitt Jam Fest, April 15-17, in Pittsburgh, PA. The 17U bracket is loaded with 96 teams. It will be another good early season test for the Sharks. The Sharks, who developed a lot of attention early on in the season, are preparing for a very strong Jam Fest run. The game plan is a strong spring season to foster team chemistry so we are prepared for the battles of the July recruiting live period. Some of the teams committed for Pitt:

Game 7 Sharks ELITE kicked off the 2011 season in an impressive way by taking home the March Madness Showdown championship this past weekend. The ELITE team won their games by an average of  26 points.
