Game 7 Training

Game 7 Training is a unique program and a breath of fresh air to the Middletown basketball scene. Game 7 Training challenges its athletes to push themselves in environments and situations that they have not been in previous to being a part of our program. It is difficult for any athlete to get both a tough strength and conditioning workout and a tough basketball workout at the same time. We strive on getting our players out of their comfort zone, and helping them reach greater heights both on and off the basketball court.

Who does Game 7 Training help? And why?

THE PLAYER:

Obviously, and most importantly, the players benefit the most from Game 7 Training. It is our goal to squeeze every bit of potential out of our athletes and help them take basketball as far as they possibly can. We push our players and test their limits unlike any other program in the area. However, we also demand that each player give it their all at every single workout and game. This is because you do not improve unless you go through every practice at 100%. As the great Kobe Bryant said: “It’s not a workout, it’s a blackout.” The players that give their all will be the ones that see the best results. It is a proven fact.

THE HIGH SCHOOL COACH:

Each player’s respective school coach will also benefit from Game 7 Training. We understand that it is not very easy for high school coaches to improve their player’s strength, conditioning, skills, and knowledge of their offenses and defenses all at the same time. After working extensively with our program, coaches will not have to worry about many of those issues and will have more time to have their team perfect their style of play.

PLAYER’S FAMILY:

Game 7 Training also has a tremendous impact on each athlete’s family. Families of each player will see an increased level of play and confidence in their son/sibling/etc. This will be very rewarding for both the athlete and athlete’s family.
