Thank you for supporting OUR program and considering OUR program for your son. Selecting a competitive basketball program for your son to be a part of is an extremely difficult decision. WE understand that as WE have been in your situation before, and WE feel that WE are the best place to send your son to not only learn the game, but to become a better person. And I can guarantee you that no other program in the area can provide that part of teaching.
I'm humbled yet excited at the oppurtunity to not only make your son a better basketball player, but also help him become a man. This may scare some people away, and thats fine, but I will also guarantee you that your son will never, ever play for a coach as demanding as myself. And I'm not just talking about making sure he is running the right play, I'm talking about the real world off the court. Making sure he is not only fulfilling his academic requirments, but pushing him to take it to a new level. Making sure that he is making the right decisions when his guardians aren't around.
In only a few short months, OUR program has helped players reach new heights both physically and mentally. OUR program is big on goal setting, and making sure OUR players reach their goals. This does not happen overnight, and if thats what your looking for, then I suggest you exit this page as soon as possible. But, if you are willing to stick to the plan and become a part of OUR program, great results will come.
As for myself, I'm a gatherer. I specialize in inspiring others, helping people believe in themselves, and forming individuals into a team. I've come to understand that no one player is going to show up and bring me championships, its a group effort. My job is to show the gateway to success.
OUR program is always very big on discilpline. As the leader of OUR program, I am very aware of how big discilpline is and treating others the same way. It disgusts my staff and I with the way other teams put one or two players above the rest. If you are expecting US to be in awe of your son and treat him like a star then you should exit out of this page immediately. It won't be happening. But, if you understand that your son is going to play for a program that gives out both praise and criticism at the right time than WE are a good fit. In OUR program, every single player is treated the same way.
